Washington, DC – The National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) announced today the appointment of Ebony N. Little as its National Program Director.
Since 2016, Little has been with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance in various roles, mostly recently serving as the Senior Education Programming Specialist. Little’s portfolio included planning and executing CLM’s conferences, webinars and continuing education programs. Little is known as a value-driven leader with a demonstrated history of creating effective and high quality programs with a creative approach.
As National Program Director, Ebony will lead, strengthen, and expand NAAIA’s highly regarded programs including national webinars, differentiated programming to support increasingly diverse membership segments, and signature and flagship programs including the National Talent Development Competition, National Leadership Summit and Regional Forums.

Little holds an Associate of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and is a Certified Professional in Training Management.
