About the Speaker

• James Jones, CPCU, is the Executive Director of the Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management at Illinois State University in Normal IL. Jim is passionate about the insurance industry and uses his role at ISU to guide students toward careers in insurance. He is similarly just as passionate about using his platform to examine diversity, equity and inclusion in the field.
