Professional Development Series – Ethics Training Workshop: What is Ethics, Really?

In partnership with the IIA of Illinois, please join us for an informative NAAIA Chicago Professional Development series event, that also provides ethics CE credit! Ethics plays a role in our business and professional lives. Understanding ethics personally, as a consumer, as well as in business, as an insurance professional, have lasting impacts on our customers and our lives.

“What is Ethics, Really?” takes a look at the blurred line between moral and ethical, legal and ethical, how we can use it as a sales and service tool, and what the ramifications of questionable ethics are including how it relates to Errors & Omissions. Ethics won’t immediately change the way insurance professionals do business but “What is Ethics, Really?” will make insurance professionals question on-the-line behaviors and become better stewards of our industry.
