NAAIA Chicago Cross Generational & Cultural Communication in the Workplace

The Marsh African Heritage Resource Group and the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) ChicagoChapter are proud to sponsor a workshop on Cross Generational and Cultural Communication in the Workplace.  Denise Thomas, President/Owner, The Effective Communication Coach, LLC, is the instructor for the workshop.  She was rated as one of the top speakers at the NAAIANational Conference in Atlanta last year.

Join me at the workshop to learn Communication Techniques and Mechanisms to Bridge the Communication Gap across Generations (i.e. Baby Boomer, Generation X, Millennial) and Cultures (i.e. ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, socio-economic background.  Also, this workshop will allow attendees to understand the makeup of generations and cultures in the workplace and what each group brings to the table and the ways to leverage.

The event will take place from 3:00 to 4:15, followed by a reception and this is a FREE event for NAAIA Members and Marsh Employees.  For non-NAAIA Members, the cost is $35.
