Angie Ribuffo, CFP®, ChFC®,RICP®, CDFA®, CLTC, is licensed in life & health and securities i.e., Series 6, 63 and 65.Upon receiving her graduate degree from San Francisco State University, she was commissioned through the Air Force ROTC program, later joining the Air Force where she obtained the rank of captain and was a flight nurse.
In 1993 she acted as a consultant on Capitol Hill working on quality of life issues for the Department of Defense civilians and military with her focus on finances. In 2008, her career took a turn when she became an independent financial advisor with First Command Financial Services
Angie Ribuffo, is the Immediate Past National President of Women in Insurance and Financial Service (WIFS) and the first African-American to serve in that capacity. She was recently recognized by InvestmentNews as one of the 2018 Women to Watch. (Click here  for the full Bio.)

Robert Cartwright

Robert Cartwright Jr. is the Division Manager of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability for Bridgestone Retail Operations-Northeast Division. He oversees over 470 locations in 14 states, directing all safety and compliance programs.
Mr. Cartwright the immediate Past President  of RIMs was the first African American to serve in that capacity.  He focuses his goals on impacting legislative issues that impacts risk management professionals and has received the prestigious Richard W. Bland award for his numerous efforts. Mr. Cartwright has over 35 years experience in multiple risk management roles in addition to over 50 presentations, published articles and media contributions on various risk management and safety topics. Marvin Kelly

Marvin Kelly, CPCU, MBA, AU, served as President/Chairman of the CPCU Society 2008-2009 -- the first African American to serve in that capacity. He has been the Executive Director of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association since 1992.  
Kelly's prior experience includes underwriting for  both Transamerica Insurance Company and Chubb.  He served as the Risk Manager for the City of Beaumont and the City of Austin in the state of Texas for 6 years.  Kelly retired as a major in 1996 from the US Army Reserve.
Kelly has received numerous awards including, Who's Who among Top Executives in 1998; CPCU National Standard Setter Award 2000-2001;  2009 NAAIA Chicago Rhythm Pounder Award; 2010 NAAIA DFW Hall of Fame.   
He has been involved with the Citizen Ambassador Program since 1993 where he participated in  delegations to Russia in 1993, South Africa in 1995, and served as a Delegation Leader to China in 2010 and Brazil in 2012.(Click here for full Bio.)

Denise Lloyd-Withrow

Denise Lloyd-Withrow, serves as President & CEO, D.H. Lloyd & Associates, a commercial insurance and risk management firm. In 1986 the Washington, DC based agency is licensed in 50 states and serves as the risk and insurance broker for Fortune 500 companies and state and federal governments in major cities in the US. Denise is a consummate professional and trailblazer who gained the recognition and respect of large companies and risk managers during times when access to such entities was a challenge for women and African Americans. D.H. Lloyd & Associates has continued to grow adding logos such as MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and the 2016 Democratic National Convention. Growth and positive change for the industry has always been a priority and objective for Denise Lloyd-Withrow. Her stature in the insurance community attracted NAAIA's founder, Jerald L. Tillman.  She was elected to serve as the first Chairman of NAAIA in 1999.(Click here to see full Bio.)
